Many UT students leave the region after their studies to work in the Randstad. Part of the problem is that students don't know what companies in Twente have to offer.

Bringing students and companies together by offering part-time jobs, so that students can gain experience for the business world and companies can make students enthusiastic about a job after their education at that specific company.
